Carrying on my theme of Japanese foodservice and tableware, here are two examples oftypical dinner sets a diner is presented with when ordering food. One is from a very high end establishment, and the other is a student canteen. At all levels, the diner is put in charge of a beautifully presented meal; they can finish it as they like.
